♦ Let us know which property/ properties you would like to see.
♦ We schedule showing appointments for all properties you are interested in seeing.
♦ We meet in person at the properties and provide you with real time market data to assist your determination of offer price.
♦ Should you want to make an offer you will provide us with the Earnest Money Deposit for the offer. 
♦ We draw-up the offer  for your electronic signature.
♦ We submit the offer on your behalf to the seller.
♦ If accepted we provide you with next steps including addressing any contingencies.
♦ If you reject or counter, we notify the other agent with your response.
♦ We are there for the property inspection and give you our recommendation on any findings.
♦ We review the Closing Disclosure/HVD1/ Settlement Statement all in advance of closing so all you have to do is sign at closing. 
♦ Receive half of our commission 50% buyers rebate at closing.
